Description

Lot 1 "Interim" will take the form of a multi-contractor framework agreement with order forms with a maximum of EUR 1 600 000 excluding VAT for the whole lot, concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of order forms. Lot 3 "Transition management" will take the form of a multi-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts with a maximum of EUR 1 600 000 excluding VAT for the whole of the EUR 1 000 lot awarded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Each lot will be awarded to 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders).
