New construction works for the Saarijärvi School and Culture Centre. The construction will be carried out in two (2) phases, in the form of separate competitive works. The building has a surface area of approximately 5 500 m² and phase 2 has a surface area of approximately 6 700 m². The project will take the form of a split work. The procurement includes separate (=head) building, pipeline, ventilation, electrical and construction automation works.
The building is a 3-storey concrete building with a 3-layer façade with masonry and wood cladding.
Phase 1 construction works will start in spring 2019 and will be completed in autumn 2020.
