Description

Management of the Correze College’s thermal installations.
The purpose of the contract is to insure by an undertaking or group of undertakings, referred to in the contract documents by ‘the contractor’, on behalf of the public contracting persons, the Corrèze College and the Corrèze department, referred to in the contract documents as ‘the establishment’ and ‘the department’:
The supply of heat with contract type of metering contract (MCI) for the college, and a metering contract (MC) for primary school within the meaning of the Guide for the drafting of public heating contracts approved by Decision No 2007-17 of 4.5.2007. This item also includes the supply of domestic hot water.
The operation and minor maintenance of the installations (this service is commonly referred to as P2), with an obligation to achieve results by obtaining and maintaining the commitments set out in the CCTP.
Wholesale maintenance and renewal (GER) of the installations (this service is commonly referred to as P3).
