Description

Auf dem Campusgelände des Max-Delbrück-Centrums für molekulare Medizin soll eine Forschungseinrichtung für die Forschung an und die Entwicklung von hochauflösenden Lichtmikroskopen geschaffen werden.
Das neue Optical Imaging Center wird die Forschungsgruppen „Lichtmikroskopie Core-Facilities“ und die Grundlagenforschung unter einem Dach vereinen.

Das Projekt umfasst im Ersten Bauabschnitt ca. 840 m2 Nutzungsfläche, die Gesamtmaßnahme hat ca. 1800 m2 Nutzungsfläche. Für den Ersten Bauabschnitt stehen 4 100 000 EUR (Netto) für die Kostengruppen 300 und 400 zur Verfügung, für die Gesamtmaßnahme sind ca. 8 950 000 EUR (Netto) geplant. Eine Finanzierungszusage besteht zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt für den Ersten Bauabschnitt. Bei positiven Bescheid in der ersten Jahreshälfte 2018 zur Finanzierung der Gesamtmaßnahme wird diese insgesamt – ohne Bauabschnitte -realisiert. Die Fertigstellung ist für Ende 2020, die Inbetriebnahme durch den Nutzer für 2021 vorgesehen.
