Description

Im Gewerk Estricharbeiten ist ein Zementestrich mit Trockenschüttung und Trittschalldämmung anzubieten. In Teilbereichen des Neubaus ist ein Heizestrich vorzusehen.
Das Bestandsgebäude wird bauseits bis auf die Rohdecken zurückgebaut. Das Erdgeschoss des Bestandsgebäudes erhält einen Gussasphaltestrich, das 1. sowie 2.OG einen Zementestrich auf einer Trockenschüttung.
Bei der Kapazitäts- und Personalplanung ist zu berücksichtigen, dass es bei der Ausführung der Arbeiten am Bestandsgebäude und des Neubaus zu einem zeitlichen Versatz von etwa 6 bis 8 Wochen kommen wird.
