Description

Die Wirtschaftsbetriebe Duisburg - AöR, nachfolgend AG genannt, sammelt gewerbliche Siedlungs- und Bau-/Abbruchabfälle bei Kunden im Stadtgebiet Duisburg ein. Die Abfälle stammen aus Gewerbe- und Industriebetrieben sowie von Baustellen.
Diese Abfälle werden in eigenen Fahrzeugen und Containern gesammelt und sollen kontinuierlich zu einer Vorbehandlungsanlage geliefert werden. Die angelieferten gewerblichen Siedlungs- und Bau-/Abbruchabfälle sind gemäß der aktuell gültigen Gewerbeabfallverordnung (GewAbfV) einer Vorbehandlung/Vorsortierung zu unterziehen.
Die vorsortierten Gewerbeabfälle sind für die AG zur späteren Abholung bereitzustellen.
Die Anlieferung und Abholung der gewerblichen Abfälle erfolgt an den Werktagen von Montag bis Freitag.
Die Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf einen Leistungszeitraum vom 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 (12 Monate).
Ferner ist eine einseitige Vertragsverlängerungsoption um 12 Monate (01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025) für die AG zu berücksichtigen.
