Servicii de Slickline mecanice.
Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 19 zile. Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare – in a 25 -a zi respectiv in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit prin Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificare adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 29, alin. 3) din HG 394/2016.
