Description

Heaton Park is one of the largest public parks in Europe. A landscape of historic significance, at its heart is Grade I listed Heaton Hall. Manchester City Council is preparing to present to the market the opportunity to play a key part in the next phase of the life of the hall.
Prior to issuing an invitation to tender we would like to hear from partners interested in working with us.
We are initially seeking to bring the Orangery and Smithy Lodge, with use of the principal rooms in the Hall itself, back into active economic use.
For full details, including deadlines and details of viewing days, please see manchester.gov.uk/heatonhallorangery or email m.plane@manchester.gov.uk
