Description

Contracting authority has launched a European public procurement – on the basis of the European Directive 2014/24/EU on the coordination of public supply, service and public works contracts, as implemented in Chapter 2 of the Aanbestedingswet 2012, as last amended and published in the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees on 30 June 2016 – in order to conclude a contract for the treatment of GFT waste for four years and then three times an award option of one (1) year (a maximum of seven (7) years in total). This concerns the reception and processing of approximately 3.700 tonnes of GFT per year, which has been collected from home or brought into the environmental park.
