Contracting authority has launched a European public procurement – on the basis of the European Directive 2014/24/EU on the coordination of public supply, service and public works contracts, as implemented in Chapter 2 of the Aanbestedingswet 2012, as last amended and published in the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees on 30 June 2016 – in order to conclude a contract for the treatment of GFT waste for four years and then three times an award option of one (1) year (a maximum of seven (7) years in total).
