1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 530 – ‘Law on forests’), covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, to be carried out in the Sława Śląska Forest District in 2025. These are mechanical works in the field of shredding of post-harvest residues, soil preparation and other forestry services performed by agricultural tractors. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – the planned size of the work; Annex 2.2. - the detailed size of the work by groups of activities, activities and locations; 3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimated. 4) Quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. ‘Description of the forestry work performance technology standard’ adopted by Decision No 45 of the Director-General of the State Forests of 23 May 2024 ‘Description of the forestry work performance technology standard’ in organisational units of the State Forests (ref.: EZ.011.1.12.2024); Annex 3.2. Table of Parameters; The detailed description of the technology standard for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) set out in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ is the basis for defining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ), the provisions of Annex 3.1 to the SWZ do not apply in this respect.
