Award procedure involving the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of products: LOT 1 – ‘Summer cloth suit for MEN (with two trousers) representation uniform and city uniform’, LOT 2 – ‘Summer cloth suit for WOMEN (with a skirt and a trousers) representation uniform and city uniform’, LOT 3 – ‘Summer cloth cap (including emblem) representation uniform and city uniform’, LOT 4 – ‘Women’s military personnel hat (including emblem) representation uniform and city uniform’ – in accordance with the provisions of the attached tender specifications and technical specifications, for the items of equipment for the representation uniform intended for military personnel of the IGSU. The items of equipment in the composition of the military representation uniform shall be provided to military personnel, by distribution in kind, on the basis of standard 2 of Annex 2 to H.G. 1301/2006 as subsequently amended and supplemented and the approved annual logistic plans at the level of the authorising officer. Following the procurement procedures carried out in 2019-2020, I.G.S.U. concluded framework agreements for the supply of military equipment, on the basis of which subsequent contracts were concluded depending on the needs and the approved annual budget for these types of expenditure. In view of the fact that, for the framework agreements referred to above, the validity period has expired, it is necessary to initiate a procurement procedure in order to ensure the timely provision of the equipment estimated to be needed by the military personnel of the GISU units for the performance of their daily service activities, following which it is necessary to conclude new framework agreements for the supply of equipment for a period of 48 months. Requests for clarification in relation to the tender documentation will be sent only via SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated ‘Questions’ section of the details of the ongoing award procedure ATTENTION!!! In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP’s notification No 247 on how to send requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation / responses to the procedures for the award of public procurement contracts by electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the ‘Questions’ section will not contain their identification data, as they will become public when the contracting authority sends its reply!
