Supply of terminals, mobile equipment and associated services for the Grouping of orders of La Poste and its subsidiaries: La Banque Postale, Docaposte, Viaposte Holding, Viaposte Transport management, Neolog, Société de traitement de la presse, Viaposte maintenance, LDKM, represented by La Poste as coordinator. Candidates must be able to provide: - Mobile terminals (hardened Android or not, the same elements in iOS) and tablets (hardened or not, Macbook) from the models of manufacturers on the market, - possible accessories, for smartphones and other terminals - Security software updates (e.g.: security patch) and OS upgrades for Android and IOS operating systems.) - Small communications equipment such as 3G/4G USB modems, and 4G/5G USB and portable Wifi/4G or 5G hotspots, - Providing a multi-operator indoor solution (a solution that consists of creating a mobile network within a building, independently of the external network.), - Maintaining up-to-date catalogues with references and prices for the duration of the contract - Interconnecting the Service Provider’s IS to the IS of the La Poste Group and the subsidiaries concerned, for the exchange of files, quotation requests, after-sales service monitoring - Ensuring routine operating services, information requests, product searches, processing of quotations and unit or volume orders, monitoring of deliveries, etc. - Support / after-sales service. The selected service providers must collect, record, transmit and process all data of the La Poste Group and the subsidiaries concerned in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. The processing of La Poste data, including hosting, storage and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), a country recognised as adequate by the European Union.
