Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór wskazanych w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia odpadów komunalnych powstałych i zebranych na terenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych, nieruchomości, na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy a powstają odpady komunalne oraz nieruchomości, które w części stanowią nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a w części nieruchomości, na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy a powstają odpady komunalne położonych na terenie Gminy Choroszcz i bezpośredni transport do właściwej dla poszczególnych frakcji odpadów komunalnych Instalacji (ZUOK Białystok, ZUOK Hryniewicze), zgodnie z zawartym w dniu 24 września 2020 r. aneksem do porozumienia międzygminnego zawartego w dniu 14 października 2010 r. pomiędzy Gminą Miasta Białystok a Gminą Choroszcz w sprawie powierzenia Miastu Białystok zadania w zakresie odzysku i unieszkodliwiania odpadów komunalnych w związku z realizacją przez Miasto Białystok Projektu „Zintegrowany system gospodarki odpadami dla aglomeracji białostockiej”. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące wykonania zamówienia zostały określone w Projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 3 do SWZ.
