Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to facilities (to consumption points) of the Waste Management Company S.A. in Bielsko-Biała for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2019, item 755 as amended). The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
The estimated electricity demand for the period 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 is:
— tariff C12a – 12 891.00 kWh,
— tariff B23 – 3 277 440.00 kWh.
The start of deliveries shall be subject to the successful completion of the change-of-seller procedure, if necessary.
