The subject of the competition is the selection of the entity to which the contract will be awarded for the provision of health services for insured persons and other eligible persons covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice (hereinafter: Hospital) in the following areas: 1. Providing health services in the field of cardiology in the 3rd Department of Cardiology, during normal working time. 2. Providing health services in the field of cardiology in the 3rd Department of Cardiology, in the Department of Intensive Cardiac Supervision and in the Hospital Emergency Department, during medical duty. 3. Performing medical procedures in the field of clinical electrophysiology in the Laboratory of Electrophysiology and Ablation. 4. Pre-qualification of a deceased eye tissue donor.
