1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for military complexes operated by the District Infrastructure Board in Olsztyn for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 (a period of 24 months) divided into 2 parts: Part I – Purchase of electricity for military complexes located in the distribution area of Energa Operator S.A. on the Management Board of the District Infrastructure Board in Olsztyn for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 (period of 24 months). Part II – Purchase of electricity for military complexes located in the distribution area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. being on the Management Board of the District Infrastructure Board in Olsztyn for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 (period of 24 months). The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in Annexes 2a and 2b to the FTZ. 2. Place of delivery of the subject-matter of the contract: • Part I: Energy consumption points of RZI Olsztyn located in the distribution area of Energa Operator S.A. – in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract in Part I of the procedure, which constitutes Annex 2a to the SWZ. • Part II: Energy consumption points of RZI Olsztyn located in the distribution area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. – in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract in Part II of the procedure, constituting Annex 2b to the SWZ. 3. Warranty period: not applicable. 4. Required deadline for the execution of the order with a tangible effect: from 01/01/27 to 31/12/2028
