Description

Die vergebende Stelle ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, für die sie den Wiederaufbau des Kurparks nach der Flutkatastrophe von Juli 2021 zu steuern und durchzuführen hat.
Die Maßnahmen, die hierzu erforderlich sind, sind im Wesentlichen folgende:
1. Neubau einer Konzerthalle mit Haus des Gastes und Stadtbibliothek
2. Wiederaufbaumaßnahme Kurpark
3. Wiederaufbaumaßnahme Großer Sprudel
4. Wiederaufbau Maßnahme Oberstraße 8 mit Kurkaffee/kleiner Bühne und Büros der Marketing GmbH
Die Einzelprojekte werden in Summe voraussichtlich Planungs- und Baukosten von ca. 45 Millionen EUR erfordern. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die hierfür erforderlichen Projektsteuerungsleistungen. Die Maßnahme ist eilbedürftig.
