Description
The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 pcs of screening mammography device with tomosynthesis and advanced functions for the needs of the Faculty Hospital with polyclinic J. A. Reiman Prešov. The subject of the contract must be new, unused and unremanufactured, in perfect condition and must comply with all the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic for the purpose of use in a healthcare facility. An integral part of the contract is the transport of the subject-matter of the contract to the agreed place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, completion, installation and commissioning of the subject-matter of the contract, including the necessary building modifications directly related to the installation and commissioning of the subject-matter of the contract, consisting mainly, but not exclusively, of the modification and adaptation of wiring wiring, testing the functionality and operability of the subject-matter of the contract, handing over the written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership of the subject-matter of the contract, providing user documentation for the subject-matter of the contract, putting the subject-matter of the contract into service (installation) with the issuance of a certificate of installation, training of the contracting authority staff on the correct use of the subject-matter of the contract with the issuance of a certificate of training containing a limited list of trained contracting authority staff, as well as the provision or securing of warranty repairs in the event of defects in the subject-matter of the contract during the warranty period, including regular safety and electrical checks according to the manufacturer's recommendations and valid Slovak legislation throughout the warranty period. If software drivers and licenses are required for the commissioning and proper use of the subject matter of the contract, the contract also includes the provision of these software drivers and the granting of all licenses to them to the extent necessary for the proper, undisturbed and unrestricted use of the subject matter of the contract, including its software components and accessories.
