Syftet med upphandlingen är att utse den juridiska person som ska vara hyresvärd åt Regionservice fastighet avseende lokaler för vårdcentral i Varberga centrum. Region Örebro län (”Regionen”) söker en långsiktig, stabil hyresvärd som kan erbjuda goda ekonomiska villkor och hög kvalitet på förvaltning, drift och underhåll.
