Description

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier for the provision of painting works for Bergen tinghus, Håkonshallen and Rosenkrantztårnet, Statsarkivet, Nasjonaleiendommen Gamlehaugen.
Properties outside of Bergen may be connected to the agreement, refer Point 1 above.
The framework agreement comprises maintenance, updating, rehabilitation and restoring of protected (heritage listed) painted surfaces. As part of these works any damage identified will be rectified and future damage prevented.
Outer surfaces treated with limestone surfaces are treated as brickwork and not included in this agreement.
The framework agreement requires that the executing craftsmen master traditional painting techniques and that they, responsible craftsmen can document their experience, knowledge to, and good results with use of older painting products and techniques.
