Description

The service provider’s mission consists of the support of ARTE GEIE to:
— identification and formulation of needs,
— process analysis at functional level,
— the implementation of functional solutions as part of a coherent further development of the ARTE information system,
— the drawing up of the functional specifications.
The place of supply is the seat of ARTE GEIE. The mission will be structured into specific and ad hoc projects. The ARTE own information system (APIOS) for the Programme Processes shall be taken into account. The main features are the bi-national structure of the broadcaster and the distribution of the content in two languages (German and French).
These specifications require, on the one hand, a very good knowledge of the production/dissemination processes of television programmes in France and Germany and, on the other hand, very good knowledge of the production/dissemination of multimedia/internet content in France and Germany and Europe. Relevant experience of the service provider in the context of a Franco-German project on programme data management or broadcast/new media processes is required.
