Обществената поръчка включва извършването на диагностика, ремонт, включително и/или подмяна на части, възли, детайли, консумативи и смазочни материали, които следва да бъдат осъществени за наличнте моторни инструменти в УМЕР Русе. Налице са следните моторни инструменти, експлоатирани от УМЕР Русе: моторен трион - 16 броя; моторен храсторез - 19 броя; моторна косачка - 16 броя; електрическа косачка – 5броя; моторен ъглошлайф - 2 брой; пароструйка – 1 брой; моторен заваръчен агрегат – 2 броя; пръскачка моторна – 1брой. Подробно описание на използваните моторни инструменти в МЕР Русе са дадени в Таблица № 1, съдържаща се в техническите спецификации към приложенията на договора.
