The district of Neustadt a.d.Waldnaab intends to award the drywall works necessary for the implementation of the construction project as part of the new construction of the indoor swimming pool on the site under the Gymnasium in 92660 Neustadt a.d.Waldnaab an der Bildstraße. The area to be built consists of 1 parcel and essentially comprises a forest area and its adjacent areas. The available share of the property is approximately 4,000m2. Given the size of the property, the layout and the proximity to the neighboring areas, the new indoor pool Neustadt is planned as a two-storey building. The technical area in the basement is located at street level, about 4.0m below the ground floor. The foundation is carried out by a 30cm thick base plate, which rests on the capillary breaking gravel layer. The entire indoor pool is planned barrier-free. The roof is supported by thirteen wooden trusses resting on steel composite supports on the ground floor slab. The ceiling in the interior is clad with acoustic panels, which form a wavy geometric shape. The load-bearing external walls in the basement are designed as 30cm reinforced concrete walls in semi-finished parts. Basin walls are made of reinforced concrete semi-finished parts. The load-bearing exterior walls on the ground floor are wooden frame walls with a thickness of 24cm. The load-bearing and stiffening inner walls are wooden frame walls with different wall thicknesses according to the static concept. The wooden walls stand on about 30 cm high concrete pedestals. The floor slabs are mainly made of reinforced concrete. The thickness is d=25 cm. The pool floors are made of reinforced concrete and have a thickness of d=30 cm. The basin construction are self-standing stainless steel basins that are installed in the reinforced concrete construction. The stairs are designed as prefabricated stairs made of reinforced concrete. The roof structure in the swimming hall area is made of wooden beams with a stiffening roof panel made of laminated veneer wood, mounted on steel composite supports and load-bearing wooden frame walls. The roof structure in the annex building (foyer, changing room, shower area) is made of wooden beams with a stiffening roof panel made of laminated veneer wood, mounted on load-bearing wooden frame walls.
