Description

The subject of these specifications is the supply of a multi-purpose vehicle 3 (MZF 3 RP) for the fire brigade in accordance with the technical directive No 05 of the country from 2015 with all safety and performance requirements and test methods. The offer must be complete in its scope of services. All the features necessary for the proper functioning of the system as a whole must be offered or included in the prices. All possible additional or ancillary costs (e.g. transfer, technical tests, etc.) must be included in the prices. A detailed operating and maintenance manual in one or more stable DIN A4 folders as well as a USB in PDF format stick is to be delivered with the finished vehicle. It must contain all operating instructions for installed devices, etc. The folders must be labelled, clearly structured and provided with a table of contents. All switches, tell-tales, etc. must be clearly marked or labelled with symbols or inscriptions in German. With the vehicle ready for use, a weight balance including crew and a weighing (whole vehicle, axle and sidewise) must be provided. The offer must indicate a binding delivery date. The contracting authority must be informed of any necessary exemptions. The maximum permissible weight of the vehicle shall not exceed 16,000 kg.
