Description

Information on receiving requests for clarifications and replying to requests for clarifications: After publication of the contract notice, tenderers may send requests for clarifications to the Procedure Details/Questions section. Responses to requests for clarifications are made in accordance with Articles 160-161 of Law 98/2016. -The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 22 days. -The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 15th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. A framework service agreement will be concluded for each of the 2 lots in the procedure. - lot 1 - Local services in LEO Low Earth Orbit satellite network - lot 2 - Global services in LEO Low Earth Orbit satellite network Value (RON without VAT) estimated framework agreement: minimum 1.059.311,00 / maximum 5.315.277,00 Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: Two or three per budget year. Estimated quantities of framework agreement: - lot 1 - Local services in the LEO satellite network : minimum 98 subscriptions / maximum 766 subscriptions - lot 2 - Global services in the LEO satellite network: minimum 123 subscriptions/maximum 569 subscriptions Estimated minimum and maximum quantities that could be subject to a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement: - lot 1 - Local services in the LEO satellite network : minimum 1 subscriptions / maximum 100 subscriptions - lot 2 - Global services in the LEO satellite network: minimum 1 subscriptions/maximum 100 subscriptions The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded under Article 20(8)(g) of Government Decision No 395/2016 is: - lot 1 - Local services in the LEO Low Earth Orbit satellite network - 132,700,00 lei without VAT - lot 2 - Global services in the LEO Low Earth Orbit satellite network - 755,500,00 lei without VAT
