Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die umfassende Objektplanung gemäß den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der HOAI §34 Gebäude- u. Innenräume zur Sanierung, Erweiterung und Neugestaltung des Gebäudekomplexes Marktstraße 18 in Grabow als Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum (MVZ) mit integrierter Wohnnutzung. Die Aufgabe umfasst außerdem die Planung und Umsetzung von Parkmöglichkeiten für die Besucher und Gäste des MVZ. Als Gestaltungs- und Kalkulationsgrundlage dient das vorliegende Leitkonzept.
