1. The subject of the contract is the DELIVERY OF FRESH VEGETABLES, FRUIT, CHRISTMAS, MEAT, COAL PRODUCTS AND FROZEN for the Provincial Specialist Hospital of the Holy Virgin Mary in Częstochowa. 2. The description of the subject of the contract was included in the assortment and price forms, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ, which constitutes the model contract. 3. The subject of the contract is divided into 9 lots, i.e.: Part No 1 – seasonal fruit 01.06.2025-30.09.2025 Part No 2 – fresh vegetables and fruit Part No 3 – root vegetables Part No 4 – silage Part No 5 – fruit: apples, pears Part No 6 – fresh pork, beef Part No 7 – sausage products, sliced sausages Part No 8 – frozen food (fish, other) Part No 9 – frozen food (vegetables and fruit) 4. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The term ‘partial tender’ shall mean the individual lots set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
