Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the service of technical inspections of medical apparatus and devices, hereinafter referred to as ‘medical equipment’. The subject of the contract also includes the repair of medical equipment. 2. The service being the subject of the contract is aimed at maintaining medical devices in full technical and operational efficiency and extending trouble-free working time, as well as ensuring that the operating parameters of medical equipment will comply with the values assumed by the manufacturer. 3. A detailed list of medical equipment subject to technical service and repair services is provided in Annex No 1.1-1.23 – Assortment and price form. The list of equipment may be changed in the event of withdrawal of medical equipment from use by the Ordering Party during the execution of the order.
