Description

This consultation concerns the relaunch of the framework agreement for the maintenance of synthetic fields, according to the categories of sites with sports equipment, football fields, city stadium, multisports, around these same fields. This consultation is relaunched following the declaration without follow-up of the previous consultation for reasons of general interest. This consultation is launched in accordance with the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement shall be concluded for one year from the date of its notification. It may be renewed 3 times by tacit renewal without the holder being able to oppose it. The framework agreement shall be subject to purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the order code, without a minimum annual amount but with a maximum annual amount of EUR 60 000 excluding VAT. The City of Beauvais reserves the right not to proceed with the procedure. In view of the subject of the contract, no breakdown into lots is foreseen. Only one contract will be awarded for the performance of the services in which no breakdown into technical services is provided for. Variants are not allowed. The framework agreement does not include any options or possible additional services. In order to establish its technical proposal and its price offer, the company may contact the technician responsible to carry out a visit (optional visit) with prior registration in accordance with Article 3.12 of the consultation rules.
