The goods to be supplied will only be considered suitable if they have an authorisation to use (AU) issued by ANSF (in accordance with Article 6 (2) (h) of Legislative Decree No 162/07 and paragraph 11.3.5 of the Guidelines on ‘For the issue of AMIS’ issued by ANSF on 20.6: 2017).
