Description

The subject of the Order is: 1) the supply of electricity by the Contractor for the needs of the Ordering Party, which is the final customer within the meaning of the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 266 as amended) and the Excise Duty Act of 6 December 2008 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 126 as amended) to the EPP indicated by the Employer in Annexes 3a and 3b to the Agreement, 2) the sale by the Employer to the Contractor of energy generated from RES, not used by the Employer for its own needs, introduced into the OSD network, for further resale by the Contractor, specified by the Employer in Annex 3c to the Agreement, 3) the provision by the Contractor of a commercial balancing service to the Employer (performance of the function of the POB) to the EPP/RES indicated in Annexes 3a and 3b and 3c to the Agreement, 4) the purchase by the Contractor of a Guarantee of Origin in order to redeem them for the Employer and the transfer by the Contractor to the Employer of Confirmation.
