Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż i dostawa pojazdu specjalistycznego typu śmieciarka, szczegółowe parametry techniczne zostały określone w rozdziale III SWZ tj. OPZ. Wymagania dotyczące sposobu realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: – odbiór pojazdu dokonany będzie w obecności Wykonawcy i Zamawiającego, bądź upoważnionych Pełnomocników; – cena pojazdu powinna zawierać koszt dostawy (loco siedziby Zamawiającego przy ul. Św. Brata Alberta 8 w Żarach), przeszkolenie, instruktaż stanowiskowy oraz pierwszy rozruch; – gwarancja na cały pojazd nie mniej niż 12 miesięcy, liczona od daty odbioru potwierdzonego protokołem odbioru; – w dniu dostawy pojazdu Wykonawca musi dostarczyć: komplet dokumentów niezbędnych do rejestracji pojazdu, homologację na kompletny pojazd, instrukcję obsługi i eksploatacji w języku polskim (podwozia i zabudowy), książkę serwisową.
