The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of a specialized vehicle type garbage truck, detailed technical parameters are specified in Chapter III SWZ, i.e. OPZ. Requirements concerning the manner of performance of the subject of the contract: – the vehicle will be collected in the presence of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority or authorised representatives; – the price of the vehicle should include the cost of delivery (at the premises of the Ordering Party at ul. Saint Francis of Assisi Albert's brother 8 in Żary), training, on-the-job instruction and first start-up; – a guarantee for the whole vehicle of not less than 12 months, counted from the date of receipt confirmed by a receipt protocol; – on the date of delivery of the vehicle, the Contractor must provide: complete set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, approval for a complete vehicle, instruction manual and operation in Polish (chassis and bodywork), service book.
