The subject of the procurement is weather and weather forecasts and related services in accordance with the invitation to tender and the appendices. Weather and weather forecasting services are necessary for road maintenance and traffic management. Traffic weather and weather forecast services cover weather and weather forecasts necessary for both traffic information and winter maintenance.
