3.1. The subject of the contract is ‘Provision of transport services for the transport of pupils to primary schools in the Commune of Przemęt in the school year 2026/2027 as part of regular transport (purchase of monthly tickets)’. 3.2. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of personal monthly tickets for pupils commuting from the area of the Commune of Przemęt to primary schools and kindergartens, in order to use the service of regular passenger transport in national road transport within the regular lines covering the towns from which pupils commute to educational institutions in the Commune of Przemęt on the basis of a fixed timetable on communication lines on designated routes and stops, the price of which should take into account the rights of children to discounts and reductions resulting from the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1992 on entitlements to reduced travel by public transport (Journal of Laws of 1992, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 380 as amended). 3.3. Educational establishments which will be operated under this contract within the limits of the established circuits and according to predefined routes and times (Annex 10 to the FTZ): 3.3.1. Edward Tomiński Primary School in Buch and Local Government Kindergarten with Integration Branch in Buch, region: Barchlin, Biskupice, Bucz, Bucz Nowy, Bucz Dębina, Popowo Stare, Poświętno, Sączkowo, Sookołowice; 3.3.2. School and Pre-School Complex in Kluczewo region: Borek, Siekowo, Kluczewo; 3.3.3. The School Complex in Przemęcie and the Local Government Kindergarten in Przemęcie region: Mudguard, Oil Mill, Perkowo, Przemęt, Radomierz, Siekówko, Starkowo; 3.3.4. The Primary School and Local Government Kindergarten with the Integration Branch in Kaszczor oblast: Mountain, Kaszczor, Shields, Wieluń; 3.3.5. John Paul II Primary School in Mocha and Local Government Kindergarten with Integration Branch in Mocha, Local Government Kindergarten in Nowa Wieś region: Nowa Wieś, Mochy, Solec, Solec Nowy.
