Hungary-Budapest: Health services
The provision of laboratory services to a contracting authority under an intermediary contract. The tenderer must submit a tender for the full operation of its J1 laboratory for the contracting authority’s outpatient services under a 60-month contract with the technical content detailed below for clinical chemistry, immunochemical, haematology, urine diagnostic, allergology, microbiological, virus serological and blood group tests. The tenderer must provide the laboratory services in full in order to fulfil the obligations of the current valid OEP contract of the contracting authority. For the tenderer, the service is to be carried out in accordance with the provisions laid down in Decree No 60/2013. (X.20.) shall comply with the provisions of the Decree of the Minister for Health and Family Affairs on ‘Minimum professional conditions for the provision of health services’. The tenderer must undertake both to receive and carry out the tests carried out by his own laboratory and to receive and have them carried out in another establishment, i.e. a complete range of tests. Expected number of tests per year: 100000000 outpatient examinations. The actual test quantity may vary upwards by 30 %.
