Description

Le présent appel d'offres a pour but de sélectionner le ou les opérateurs qui se verront confier tout ou partie des prestations de services de télécommunications pour l'ensemble des sites de Habitats de Haute-Alsace. Le contrat prend la forme d'un accord-cadre avec un montant minimum (164 000 euros HT pour la durée du contrat, périodes de reconduction comprises) et maximum (920 000 euros HT pour la durée du contrat, périodes de reconduction comprises) en valeurs. Il sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande en fonction des besoins. L'accord-cadre est divisé en trois lots, chacun faisant l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Chaque lot sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique (accord-cadre mono-attributaire)
