Description

The purpose of this Specification is to manage and maintain the entire park, as well as the potted plants present in all the external and internal areas owned by the Embassy of Switzerland in Italy. The complex is located in Rome in the Parioli district between Via Barnaba Oriani 61, Largo Elvezia and Via Paolo Frisi. Following the extraordinary maintenance work on the entire complex, which was completed at the end of summer 2024, the park underwent a major and complete extraordinary maintenance operation that redesigned parts of the park, the vegetation structure supplemented by a biodiversity project. The objective is the overall management of the whole system of "green area" and "pathways" through a strategy of scheduled maintenance interventions that ensure the preservation of the quality standard achieved.
