Facilities Management Services at an accommodation centre for persons fleeing the war in Ukraine. The centre is located in Drumcar, Co. Louth
Facilities Management and ancillary services for an accommodation centre which has a maximum capacity of 190 people. All the residents are Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) whom are fleeing the war in Ukraine. The accommodation consists of 3 separate buildings: Building 1 (Eircode A92 AY70) has a maximum capacity of 66, Building 2 (Eircode A92 X2XC) and The Porch (Eircode A92 HX51) have a maximum capacity of 61 and Building 3 (Eircode A92 T226) has a maximum capacity of 63. The buildings and the grounds are identified on the map on p25. The accommodation blocks are part of a wider campus owned by St. John of God Trust (Limited) in Drumcar, Co. Louth. There are a number of St. John of God clients and staff based in the campus. Broadly the services required will include: Management of the accommodation centre and administrative services Staffing Housekeeping/Cleaning Security and Supervision Maintenance = General day to day maintenance and grounds keeping The provision of wi-fi Waste Disposal Gas and electricity costs will be paid by the Contracting Authority
