The demolition, existing and new construction of the state vocational school I in Bayreuth extends over three construction phases. The scope of services of the awarding unit screed works extends over the construction phase BA1 and contains the general measures in advance (i.e. construction site equipment). The actual works are divided into the two billing units school and caretaker's house. Both include preparatory work and waterproofing work before the actual insulation and screed work.
