Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a full-day nutrition service for patients hospitalized in Centrum Zdrowia Mazowsza Zachodniego Sp. z o. o. in Żyrardów, on all days of the week (all days of the year) throughout the entire period of the contract, consisting in particular in: 1) producing and delivering meals in accordance with the diet catalogue in force at the Ordering Party, the correct energy and nutritional value, 2) distributing meals to hospital wards (to the patient's bedside cabinet), 3) distributing meals to patients while ensuring the maintenance of the applicable temperatures, quality and hygiene, 4) collecting dirty pledges and leftovers from patients after meals, 5) washing and disinfecting dishes received from wards, thermoses, cutlery, etc., 6) washing and disinfecting trolleys (and other items) used for transporting / distributing meals. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall specify: 2.1 Annex 1 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract, 2.2 Annex 2 to the FTZ – Model contract.
