Selection of a prime contractor for the restructuring of the Paul Painlevé secondary school in Oyonnax (01).
The purpose of the first stage is to select 3 candidates who may be allowed to negotiate in the context of the competition launched under the negotiated procedure under Article 35 I 2 on the basis of references and after consulting the selection board on the examination of the candidates’ skills, references and means.
The operation consists of the construction of a new reception extension of approximately 500 m² SHON and a restructuring of approximately 8 500 m² SHON.
The value of the works estimated by the contracting authority is: EUR 13 000 000 excluding tax, value September 2010. This amount corresponds to the sum of the estimated amounts of work in the firm and conditional instalments.
Breakdown into tranches.
The project management contract is broken down into two tranches. The sections correspond, in terms of works, to the following services:
Work on the fixed part:
— relocation of the existing boiler room,
moving the garages,
— creation of an extension of 500 m² SHON,
— restructuring by phase as a drawer of approximately 3 200 m² SHON:

— Building D,
— Building E, level 1.
Work on the conditional tranche:
— restructuring by phase in a drawdown of approximately 5 300 m² SHON, including half a pension,
— Building A,
— Building B,
— Building A ',
— Building E, level 0,
Demolition building F.
Missions:

The tasks entrusted to the supervisor are:
— basic rehabilitation missions,
— DIAG,
— EXE 1,
— CSSI.
Duration of the contract: studies and works (indicative): 78 months from notification of the project management contract.
