Description

To carry out research projects in the field of hydrogen technology, bio-based materials and process engineering, a predominantly single-storey laboratory complex is to be acquired, which is to be put into operation in the winter semester 2025/2026 (October 2025 to February 2026). The scope of services extends from planning to turnkey execution. The earthworks and foundation work are carried out in advance by Wirtschaftsbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH Burghausen. Depending on the construction method, the foundation of the complex is possible either on strip foundations, gravel or on a floor slab. In order to establish the foundation, the contractor must provide a complete work plan for the foundation within 21 calendar days of the award of the contract. The foundation is then created according to the specifications of the contractor. It is a predominantly single-storey flat roof construction with ventilation and air conditioning system. According to the floor plan, the building is constructed from standard modules with dimensions L 6.00 m x W 3.00 m x H 3.20 m (clear interior height >= 2.75 m).
