Description

Predmetom zákazky je vypracovanie dokumentácie pre územné rozhodnutie o umiestnení stavby (ďalej len DÚR) a projektovej dokumentácie pre stavebné povolenie a pre realizáciu stavby za účelom výstavby novej budovy Vojenského archívu v Trnave na zabezpečenie správy registratúry. Budova vojenského archívu bude realizovaná ako viacpodlažný objekt s bezbariérovými vstupmi z okolitého terénu, na parcele č. 10730/15, LV č. 1313, o výmere 97 258 m2, k. ú. Trnava. Pozemok je umiestnený mimo zastavaného územia obce v blízkosti Malženickej cesty (cesta II. triedy). Pozemok je majetkovoprávne vysporiadaný vo vlastníctve SR a v správe MO SR.
