Description

The subject matter of the contract includes the supply and installation of new and unused tyre tracks, a set of 4 pieces for Harvester Logset 6HP GTE, for the needs of South-West State Enterprise SOE. The requirements for the set of tracks for tyres to be procured are set out in the technical specification.
The contracting authority shall not permit the submission of variants of the tender. Each participant is entitled to submit only one tender. The submission of a tender obliges the participants to fully accept all requirements and conditions specified in the documentation in compliance with the Public Procurement Act and the PPZOP and all other normative acts relevant to the subject of the contract.
Tenders must comply with the requirements set out in the documentation and be drawn up in accordance with the templates annexed to the documentation. Templates attached to the documentation are mandatory. A participant who has submitted a tender that has not been prepared in accordance with the mandatory templates will be excluded from participation!
