The object of the public procurement procedure is ‘Supply’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of this contract is: supply of medicinal products for the needs of MHAL Blagoevgrad AD under lots PART THIRD. Brief description of the order. The subject-matter of the contract included the supply of medicinal products at the request of the contracting authority in detail in the technical specifications of the contracting authority (Annexes №1a). An open procedure was conducted with the subject-matter ‘Supply of medicinal products for the needs of MHAL-Blagoevgrad AD by lots’ PART THIRD, opened by Decision № F801696 on the date: 02 February 2026 (Monday) 12:13 and published in CAIS GPP with unique № 00816-2026-0003, which by Decision D53728618 dated: 20 March 2026 (Friday) 10:54 was terminated in respect of Lot 6 Tranexamic acid Solution for injection 100 mg/ml - 10 m, Lot 8 Propofol Emulsion for infusion 10 mg/ml - 20 ml, Lot 28- Isosorbide dinitrate Oromucosal spray, solution 1.25mg/dose 300 dose , Lot 34 Amitriptyline Coated tablet 25MG, Lot 35- Aciclovir tabl 400mg , Lot 36- BACLOFEN tabl 10mg, Lot 37 Clonazepam TBL,2MG , Lot 38. Iodine gasoline sol 600g,Special heading 39. Acetylsalicylic acid tablet,500mg, because no tender was submitted under Article 110(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act.
