Description

The subject of this contract is the rental of police barrier equipment, concrete blocks and other devices to ensure the security of demonstrations for the city of Levallois and the Caisse des Écoles de Levallois. This contract is subject to the provisions of the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as the "Code" throughout the consultation documents. The contract, described as a supply contract, is governed by the provisions of the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public contracts for Current Supplies and Services approved by Order of 30 March 2021. This contract constitutes a framework agreement subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. It was awarded under the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor for a maximum period of three years, including renewals. In the case of an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited. The maximum value of the contract shall be EUR 1 650 000 excluding VAT, taking into account its duration and any renewals. There is no minimum amount
