Description

Účelem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody v otevřeném řízení se třemi dodavateli jejichž nabídky se na základě hodnocení provedeného v souladu se zadávací dokumentací a ZZVZ umístí jako 1. – 3. v pořadí. Veřejné zakázky na základě rámcové dohody budou zadávány postupem s obnovením soutěže dle § 132 odst. 3 písm. a) ZZVZ.
Předmětem rámcové dohody je úprava podmínek provádění stavebních prací na základě prováděcích smluv, spočívajících v zajištění modernizace a bezbariérového zpřístupnění veřejných toalet v pražském metru.
Předmět plnění je podrobněji specifikován v závazném návrhu rámcové dohody, který tvoří přílohu č. 2 zadávací dokumentace. Více informací viz ZD.
