Description

the main obligations relate to: maximum material recovery of recyclable materials, organic recovery of green waste, landfill of non-hazardous waste only from final waste and compliance with the proximity principle of limiting the transport of waste at a distance. This contract is a composite single-contractor framework agreement broken down into two parts: These services will be paid by applying the fixed prices indicated in the DPGF and will be carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Framework Contract. These services will be paid by applying the unit prices indicated in the BPU and will be carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down in this section. For the order form part: without a minimum amount per tonne of order, the amount of the order for the contract and for each renewal is limited to EUR 600 000,00 (net of hours).
