Procurement of contract: Turnkey contract - construction of an ambulance station (BOP5)
The procurement is for a turnkey contract for the construction of an ambulance station and offices in Andreas Kjærs vei at Eg in Kristiansand.The project shall contribute to strengthening the stand-by and efficiency of the ambulance service, while also providing modern and flexible office premises for rent within, among other things, health related businesses. The building will focus on sustainability, including energy efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials. It shall also be equipped with advanced technology to support an efficient working day, including high speed internet, smart building technologies and security systems. BOP5 AS ("BOP") is a company that is 100% owned by Kristiansand Næringsselskap AS ("KNAS"). BOP5 owns the site and is the developer of the building in the project. An agreement has been signed between BOP5 and Sørlandet Sykehus Helseforetak ("SSHF") for parts of the building. SSHF is covered by the public procurement regulations, and BOP5 and SSHF have therefore chosen to announce the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations. BOP5 will be the contract party and point of contact with the chosen tenderer in the project.
