The Régie Loire Connect Réseau needs an IT solution that will enable it to: - Manage and exploit its telecom assets (technical sites, ducts, optical infrastructures, BPE, etc.) with a DT/DICT management module, - Supervise and diagnose breakdowns on the passive network with ticketing management, - Exchange with commercial operators: flow exchange, order taking, order tracking, invoicing The contract takes effect on its notification which requires OS of the first phase of the firm tranche, for a period of 4 years. A firm tranche is provided for SAS mode and an optional tranche for On Premise mode migration, which must be consolidated within 3 years.
